Scott R. Weiner

Scott Weiner represents parties in various facets of the construction industry, including owners, general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and material suppliers.

His practice also includes real estate law and commercial litigation and bankruptcy law, representing individual and business debtors in Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies, and debtors and creditors involved in bankruptcy litigation and adversary proceedings.

Scott is a Super Lawyers Rising Stars honoree, recognition that is limited to lawyers who are age 40 and younger or in the practice of law for less than 10 years.

Before entering law school, Scott worked in the homebuilding industry in both construction management and land development. As a law student, he held externships at Maricopa Superior Court and the Arizona Supreme Court.
