In turn, we seek attorneys who excel in their areas of expertise; have strong academic credentials, references and communication skills; and are highly motivated to become contributing members of a premier law firm.

 

 IMMEDIATE ATTORNEY OPENINGs

Corporate/Transactional attorney with at least four years of experience in a private practice law firm environment. Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.

Construction litigation attorney with at least three years of private practice law firm experience. Litigation experience before state or federal court and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) is a plus.

An entry-level civil litigation attorney, preferably with one to two years of experience.

Intermediate and long-term planning is performed by our executive committee and implemented by administrative staff under the direction of the executive director.
