Industry Experience

Steve Lenn has over 40 years of legal and banking experience in loan workouts and other resolution of distressed business and real estate situations; corporate and financial institution investigation and regulatory compliance; and capital formation and investment banking for middle market companies. He is a former general counsel of a diversified bank holding company and has served as special counsel to federal and state banking regulatory authorities.

Matt Winter has more than 20 years of legal experience and has represented a wide range of closely held companies, financial institutions and not-for-profit entities, with an emphasis on complex financing transactions and entity structuring.

In meeting the needs of banking clients, they work closely with litigation attorney Jeff Leonard in protecting the interests of financial institutions in lending-related disputes, and with real estate attorney Janet Jackim in transactional matters.
